The following is our refund policy for paid training registrations:
- 30+ days prior to event start - A full refund of the paid registration fee, minus a $75.00 administrative charge, will be issued.
- 30 days - 1 week prior to event start - Only allowed with documentation of a medical emergency, in which case a full refund of the paid registration fee, minus a $75.00 administrative charge, will be issued.
- 1 week or less prior to event start - No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested 1 week or less prior to the start of an event.
Substitutions
Substitutions are permitted at any time upon written notice from the original registrant.
Cancellation Policy
CCMA reserves the right to cancel training programs that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements 3 weeks prior to the event start date. In the event a program must be canceled, refunds will be issued to all registered and paid participants.
